Support the CCO in B2B sales situations, creating persuasive materials and strategies. Collaborate on content for client meetings and develop value propositions for sales.
Responsibilities
As the CCO's right-hand, you ensure we present ourselves convincingly in complex B2B sales situations — from the pitch through to pricing arguments.
You work operationally on content for client and partner meetings and see directly how it is applied.
Create and continuously refine client and partner pitch decks that are used in real meetings.
Develop clear storylines and value propositions for specific clients, partners and sales situations.
Prepare content for CCO and sales meetings (arguments, slides, structure).
Prepare pricing, ROI and business-case arguments for ongoing B2B deals.
Support objection handling and adapt the argumentation for each deal.
Conduct short market and competitive analyses to support the sales team.
Contribute to special and ad‑hoc projects (e.g., pilot customers, partners, new offering formats).
Requirements
Strong skills in structuring, preparing and presenting content
Ability to translate unclear or fragmented information into clear arguments and persuasive presentations
Interest in commercial topics such as sales, pricing and B2B business models
Confident user of Google Workspace (especially Slides, Docs, Sheets)
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
