About the role

  • Supporting the activities of the Finance & Operational Excellence Department
  • Acting as a reference point for internal and external audits
  • Managing manual payments ensuring accuracy and deadlines
  • Handling document management in compliance with regulations
  • Organizing documents for board meetings
  • Managing and updating expense report procedures
  • Overseeing contract renewal process for the department
  • Contributing to the management of the Preferred Vendor System
  • Ensuring compliant digital document preservation

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or related fields
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative procedures and applicable regulations
  • Precision, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with management software, preferably SAP
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative, cross-functional mindset
  • Very good command of English
  • Residence in Milan will be considered a preferred requirement
