Responsibilities
Manage every aspect of the branch functions in sales, administration and operations
Exhibit efficiency in budgeting, inventory control, profit maximization and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement market growth opportunities
Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customer needs
Respond to customers with a sense of urgency
Use selling skills and customer relations techniques to grow market share
Provide leadership to projects and sales staff
Manage branch inventories through purchasing, shipping, receiving, tracking, and warehousing
Commit to a clean and safe working environment
Promote improved job performance of associates
Select and train associates for specific job functions
Provide direction and leadership in setting priorities
Requirements
4-year college degree with an emphasis on business
Extensive knowledge of electrical products and distribution industry with a minimum of 4-years of industry related experience
Experience working in the Eclipse ERP is preferred
2-3 years supervisory/training experience
Proven leadership and organization skills
Able to problem solve
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
