Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams technically, promoting best practices and conducting code reviews;
- Participate in planning and evolving the architecture, as well as supporting development and maintenance of applications;
- Ensure technical quality of the code and support engineering governance;
- Define and evolve modern architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native);
- Support technical decisions and solve complex problems;
- Ensure observability, resilience and scalability of solutions;
- Collaborate with product teams and enterprise architecture to align solutions with business strategies;
- Define and maintain CI/CD standards and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Jenkins or GitLab;
- Mentor and provide technical training to engineers and developers;
- Ensure security, performance and technical governance in all deliverables;
Requirements
- Strong experience in software architecture (microservices, APIs, event-driven).
- Proficiency in .NET and/or Node.js.
- Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Good communication, influencing skills and business-oriented mindset.
