About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and maintain back-end services and applications using .NET / .NET Core.
- Design, build and evolve APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, security and scalability.
- Integrate and manipulate data in Oracle and SQL Server databases, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Operate in an OpenShift environment, including application deployments, troubleshooting and service lifecycle monitoring.
- Apply sound architectural practices, design patterns and code quality principles (SOLID, Clean Code, unit testing).
- Participate in technical reviews, code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with product, architecture and QA teams to enable continuous, high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience with .NET Core, focused on back-end development.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, distributed services and microservices architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift (containers, deployments, builds, monitoring).
- Experience with Git and structured version control.
- Good software engineering practices (SOLID, Clean Code, unit testing).
- Preferred (not mandatory): experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with observability (logs, metrics, tracing). Experience in the banking or financial sector.
