Requirements

- Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Card, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management, etc).
- Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
- Proficient in project methodology and Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum).
- Skilled in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart, Miro, Jira, and Figma.
- Understanding of digital platforms and underlying technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
