Responsibilities
Provide IT support and respond to service desk tickets
Support end users and corporate devices (Windows and managed devices)
Assist with user and access administration (Active Directory / Azure AD)
Provide basic Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Support implementation and validation of security and compliance policies (e.g., Intune)
Log and document incidents and service requests
Interact with internal teams and external vendors when necessary
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in IT or a related field
Basic knowledge of Windows environments and networking
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Good communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn
