About the role

  • Junior IT Support Analyst overseeing daily IT operations support at GFT. Collaborating with infrastructure teams and assisting users with corporate devices and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support and respond to service desk tickets
  • Support end users and corporate devices (Windows and managed devices)
  • Assist with user and access administration (Active Directory / Azure AD)
  • Provide basic Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Support implementation and validation of security and compliance policies (e.g., Intune)
  • Log and document incidents and service requests
  • Interact with internal teams and external vendors when necessary

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in IT or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Windows environments and networking
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn
