About the role
- Customer Advisor responsible for client management in commercial insurance, focusing on customer support and collaboration with external teams. Work based in Leipzig with opportunities for hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of our commercial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) in the P&C lines (excluding motor, life and health)
- Daily advisory support to our corporate clients on insurance-related queries
- Negotiation of renewals, tenders and policy term comparisons
- Preparation for — and, when required, participation in — annual review meetings together with the field sales team
- Active contribution to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g. in digitalization initiatives or optimizing internal processes
Requirements
- Several years' experience at an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance
- Solid knowledge in at least one P&C line such as industrial fire, commercial and product liability, etc.
- Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist, or a relevant university degree
- Enthusiasm for helping shape Contrust's future beyond client servicing and for personal development
