Responsibilities
Sell personal insurance products to Individuals
Inbound and Outbound calling to prospective clients
Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external referral sources
Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work experience focused on Sales and/or customer service
A valid Property and Casualty Insurance license, or will be required to obtain the license within 45 days of hire
Sales Experience with proven ability to achieve sales expectations and meet high volume deadlines in a call center environment
A high energy and personable "over the phone" communication style.
Ability to manage a high volume of customers in various sales and service stages
Experience working with complex products/processes
Computer experience and experience with Microsoft Suite of programs, comparative rater and carrier sites
