About the role

  • Agent in Training at Farmers Insurance selling insurance products and building client relationships. Focus on generating leads and achieving sales goals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
  • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend tailored insurance plans
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales and service goals
  • Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with a record of achieving or surpassing targets
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (not required)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
