About the role

  • As a Customer Advisor, engage in the acquisition of business clients for Contrust Versicherungsmakler. Collaborate on optimizing internal processes and fostering customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new corporate clients and integrating existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
  • Carrying out the full acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance program to the presentation
  • Independently managing commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in the property & casualty lines — with support from internal sales
  • Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
  • Actively helping to shape the company within our OKR framework — e.g., participating in digitalization or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience at an insurance broker or agency
  • Experience in acquiring and subsequently servicing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge of property & casualty/composite lines, e.g., industrial fire and liability (excluding motor, life and health)
  • Completed training in insurance / Versicherungsfachwirt or a relevant degree
