About the role
- Senior Group Accounting Manager overseeing IFRS group financial statements and digital transformation processes. Collaborating with over 20 international subsidiaries for seamless group accounting operations.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for preparing fully consolidated IFRS group financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Continuously develop, automate, and digitize group accounting processes
- Strengthen collaboration with more than 20 international subsidiaries and Group Controlling
- Ensure consistent and accurate group accounting as the primary point of contact
- Take responsibility for intercompany reconciliations and optimize internal processes
- Monitor intra-group transfer pricing, ensure transparent pricing, and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the group's forecasting and planning processes
- Own various parent-company reporting requirements and actively promote collaboration as the central point of contact
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role or in external audit
- Good understanding of international accounting standards and tax law
- Strong IFRS knowledge; transfer pricing experience is desirable
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Solid knowledge of LucaNet, SAP or MS 365 is a plus
- Very good German and English language skills
