Responsibilities
- Konzipieren, administrieren und entwickeln der LAN-, WLAN- und WAN-Infrastruktur
- Betrieb und Optimierung der Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen (Azure, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V)
- Administration von Active Directory und Azure AD, inkl. GPO, SSO, Conditional Access und MFA
- Betreuung und Optimierung der Citrix-Infrastruktur
- Überwachung und Betreuung der Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
- Sicherstellung des sicheren Betriebs der IT-Security-Technologien (Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Protection, Patch-Management, SOC, SIEM)
- Bearbeitung von Service Requests und Incidents im 2nd Level
- Planung und Steuerung des Hardware- und OS-Lifecycle-Managements
- Einsatz von Automatisierungen (z. B. PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)

- Aktive Mitwirkung in IT-Projekten, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation

Requirements
- Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration komplexer hybrider IT-Infrastrukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitekturen (Routing, Switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Erfahrung mit Azure, Windows Server und Virtualisierung (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible)
- Souveräne Administration von AD / Azure AD
