Responsibilities

• Support leaders with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyses. Formulate and test hypotheses that help drive product understanding.
• Act as the trusted point of contact for all data-related matters in your business domain — from source to delivery.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs that enable fast, well-informed decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between the business and data engineering teams, ensuring reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement of the data pipeline.
• Collaborate with leaders to define and track the area's strategic goals.

Requirements

• Business acumen: Knowledge of metrics and operations for digital products.
• Analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (such as Superset, Power BI, or similar).
• Autonomous and accountable: Ability to drive end-to-end analyses with a strong sense of priorities and quality.
• Collaborative routine: Actively participate in area rituals, strategic forums, and data team ceremonies.
• Standardization and best practices: Follow the standards defined by the engineering and data teams for documentation, version control, and governance.
• Knowledge of data science: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but the ability to communicate and collaborate with technical teams is essential.
• Experience in fintechs, consultancies, or startups is a plus.
