About the role

• Legalization Analyst ensuring quality processes in the legalization sector. Focus on problem identification, resolutions, and efficiency optimization at Contajá.

Responsibilities

• Carry out municipal licensing for companies in accordance with current municipal legislation;
• Issue operating permits and other documents necessary to regularize companies' activities;
• Process waivers or releases of licenses in accordance with municipal requirements and the company's activities;
• Execute the cancellation process of Municipal Registration resulting from contractual amendments or CNPJ deregistration;
• Analytical capacity to conduct studies related to legislation;

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Experience executing company registration processes, contractual amendments, and company deregistrations;
• Familiarity with communicating with public agencies and initiating administrative processes;
• Intermediate knowledge of legislation and regulatory standards;
• Experience drafting corporate documents (minutes, bylaws, articles of incorporation);
• Skills in task management systems (ClickUp, Trello);
• Experience in customer service;
• Analytical experience with legalization/compliance processes;
• Experience in regulatory impact analysis;
• Intermediate skills in tax compliance/regularization;
• Basic skills in opening and modifying holding companies;
• Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and its applications;
• Basic knowledge of Franchise Registration;
• Basic knowledge of registration for NGOs and associations;
• Basic knowledge about Angel Investors;
• Basic knowledge of Startup registration;
• Basic knowledge of Trademark and Patent registration;
