Responsibilities
Prepare job advertisements and post via ATS and jobs boards as required.
Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates.
Arrange interviews and written exercises.
Extend offers to successful candidates and prepare/emails contracts.
Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Headhunt candidates on LinkedIn.
Conduct market research for salaries and recruitment strategies.
Communicate with new hires prior to their first day.
Arrange tech provisioning and organize inductions with hiring managers.
Check in with new hires post-onboarding to assess acclimation.
Requirements
2-4 years’ in-house or agency recruitment experience in a fast paced legal environment.
Additional experience recruiting for non-legal roles (e.g. sales, marketing) will be valued.
Confident operating in an end-to-end role and excited to embrace challenges.
Genuine love for recruitment and committed to improve candidate experience and internal processes.
Brilliant communicator and able to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Fast learner, quick thinker, and efficient worker.
