About the role
- Product Designer working with a multidisciplinary team at Construct IN, building innovative solutions through the product lifecycle from Discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, developers, and other designers to build innovative solutions to our clients' problems.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from the Discovery process (understanding the problem, data collection, research, user journey mapping, user interviews, and defining strategies together with our PM) to the delivery process (low- and high-fidelity prototyping, defining tracking metrics, and conducting usability testing).
Requirements
- Experience with digital products and agile methodologies
- Familiar with Figma
- English (important for reading most research materials)
- Be user-centric
- Willing to continuously learn and teach
- Proficient in UX techniques, especially user research, journey mapping, and empathy mapping
- Proficient in prototyping tools (we prefer Figma in our daily workflow)
