Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience leading major Health or complex building projects in Australia.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and deliver projects aligned with client, clinical, and operational goals.
- Strong technical grounding in building design, services integration, and project governance.
- Strong technical experience in mechanical and medical gas design on major health projects.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, business development, and influencing project outcomes at senior levels.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
