Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with material purchasing processes;
  • Responsible for sending and confirming purchase orders with suppliers;
  • Responsible for following up on purchase orders with national and international suppliers;
  • Responsible for verifying material records in systems;
  • Responsible for issuing purchase requests to support the department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • English
  • Experience in drilling companies
