About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the Private Equity team in managing credit processes, from loan applications and collateral reporting to credit administration
- Independently prepare loans and review collateral documentation
- Support approval processes in coordination with Legal & Compliance and prepare the associated documentation, including for international funds
- Record loan and collateral data in the systems and continuously verify loan quality against valuations (NAVs)
- Prepare reporting and maintain control checklists and stakeholder relationships
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of services
- Participate in group-wide projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or professional experience at an audit firm (fund mandates), in a bank's Asset Management division, or at an asset manager
- Knowledge of banking, bank processes and financial instruments, including funds
- Professional experience with lending or Lombard loans and familiarity with credit documentation in Asset Management or Private Banking
- Analytical mindset with a team-oriented approach
- Service-oriented with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Interest in working in a structured and independent manner
- IT-savvy, proficient with banking software and Excel
- Proficiency in German and English
