About the role
- Implementation Consultant delivering financial compliance solutions to clients across multiple regions. Collaborating with stakeholders and supporting the Signal platform for Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM).
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients
- Act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems
- Analyze their current business processes
- Understand the clients’ success criteria
- Translate that into requirements
- Assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals
- Support our Signal platform, which manages Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM)
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in investment compliance, either:
- Within a compliance function at an asset manager, or
- In a consulting or implementation role at a software vendor or consultancy.
- Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to lead conversations with authority and credibility.
- Hands-on experience configuring or implementing compliance platforms.
- Substantial shareholding legislation and disclosure rules
- Sensitive industries legislation and regulatory obligations
- Position limits legislation
- SEC regulatory filings, including 13G and 13F-2
- Strong data and gap analysis capabilities, including detailed knowledge of asset type treatment
- Ability to advise, challenge, and guide clients with confidence
- A genuine desire to remain hands-on across client engagement and system setup
- Strong problem-solving approach with exceptional analytical understanding
