Responsibilities
Manage incoming client data, ensuring quality and compliance using internal tools
Handle inquiries via Zendesk ticketing system with professionalism and accuracy
Collaborate with team members across Ireland, Spain, Tunisia, Paris, and Vietnam
Perform daily/monthly operational tasks to meet service level standards
Occasionally join client calls to discuss ticket updates or review data workflows
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel and readiness to learn new tools like AccuDelta and Maia
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (email + occasional phone)
Experience in client support or operations within a compliance or tech-related field
Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines
English: Required - Excellent written skills
French: Fluent essential
