About the role

  • Help customers to answer their questions with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience and finding the best solution for their needs via phone, email and live chats

Requirements

  • Estonian language spoken and written as a native speaker
  • High spoken level and understanding in Russian language
  • Good (at least B1/B2 level) English language skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Politeness, professionalism and friendly attitude to clients
  • Previous customer experience is necessary
