About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, controlling and executing complex Managed Services transitions
- Preparation and ownership of project plans, cost estimates and contract-related transition documentation
- Leading complex projects across multiple service workstreams and ensuring compliance with timelines, budget targets and quality standards
- Proactive coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders at senior management level
- Coaching colleagues and supporting their professional and methodological development as part of project work
Requirements
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in leading complex transitions in Managed Services (including Service Desk, Onsite Field Services, Workplace Services, Remote Operations)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at senior management level
- Experience with traditional project management methodologies (e.g., PMI / PMBOK®, PRINCE2®)
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2), both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally
