Responsibilities
Lead discovery and delivery of digital credit‑related capabilities across IB&M lending platforms, including policy automation, risk profiling and decision‑support tools.

Translate complex credit, risk and operational needs into clear product epics, stories and prioritised backlogs.
Partner with engineering and data teams to design scalable technical solutions and maintain strong data integrity.
Support business readiness, testing and change activities to ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities.
Use data and insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and guide product decisions.
Proactively identify operational, compliance and delivery risks, embedding effective controls and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Experience in product management, business analysis or digital delivery in financial services or other regulated environments
Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
The ability to balance strategic objectives with customer, risk and business needs
A growth mindset and the desire to learn quickly
Experience translating complex requirements into clear product outcomes
A customer‑centred mindset, ideally with exposure to UX, service design or journey optimisation
Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance in product delivery
Experience working with data, analytics or AI‑enabled solutions (technical depth is a bonus, not essential)
Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
