Responsibilities
Shape smart tariffs
You will own the end-to-end rollout of dynamic, time-of-use and floater tariffs, leveraging your ability to spot opportunities in a changing energy market
In product conception, you combine analytical thinking with an understanding of customer expectations to ensure tariff mechanics are clear, coherent and customer-focused
You translate business requirements into clear specifications for our service provider, supporting stable processes and reliable operations across the entire value chain
In close coordination with Legal, you work on Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), product sheets, and pricing and supply conditions, bringing care and responsibility to every detail
From market entry through product changes to operational stabilization, you manage the relevant steps and ensure progress and structure throughout the product lifecycle
You monitor market trends, assess competitive developments and use these insights to further develop smart tariffs and identify new opportunities for E.ON
Requirements
A completed degree — or near completion — in Business, Energy Economics, Business Law, Engineering or a comparable field
With 3–5 years of experience, you bring initial insights into product management, the energy sector or regulated markets and apply analytical approaches to make well-founded decisions
You are curious about energy products, pricing mechanisms and tariff structures and approach topics in a data-driven and systematic way
You have a careful, reliable and structured working style — especially when it comes to requirements, documentation and clear coordination
Curiosity, the ability to reflect and a willingness to try new approaches support your professional and personal development
When collaborating with Legal, service providers and business units, you act with empathy, a solution-oriented mindset and strong communication so that shared goals are achieved effectively
Your communication is clear and audience-appropriate — supported by German at C1 level and English at B2 level
