Responsibilities
Get a firsthand look at how traditional print software has evolved into a modern microservices based, serverless, software as a service business model.
Define market requirements and work with engineering to deliver a solution with a focus on Data Analytics, Dashboards, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence.
Learn how to turn product capabilities into customer value by understanding the customer, the marketplace, Ricoh’s software portfolio, and the competitive landscape.
Support for production print areas of the market.
Observe the value of becoming a product and market evangelist.
Engage with the sales team to educate them about your project and how you’ve solved their customer’s problems.
Help define the product management requirements in a way that our SaaS software engineering team can effectively solve the customer’s problem.
Follow the progress of the project as it progresses through an Agile scrum-based development process.
Requirements
Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Students should be pursuing a degree in a related major in the department of interest and possess some former work or internship experience.
Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Students are to successfully complete all required screenings prior to hire.
University undergraduate degree in marketing, business, computer science or engineering.
Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
Strong communicator with collaborative, cross-organizational teaming skills.
An understanding of Agile Scrum development methodology.
Background taking new software technologies to market and successful commercialization.
AWS, AI, ML, Data Analytics, and IoT experience preferred.
