About the role
- Prepare and evaluate international and domestic freight and warehouse quotations. Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure timely responses and SLA adherence.
Responsibilities
- Perform international and domestic freight quotations;
- Quote customs-bonded and general warehousing;
- Track quotation responses, compiling and assessing received proposals;
- Monitor compliance with SLAs previously agreed with logistics partners;
- Serve as the interface between the operations team and service providers after process closure;
- Keep the operations and commercial teams informed of quotation statuses via control reports and email;
- Monitor supplier service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate English;
- Previous experience working as a freight forwarder is required.
