About the role

Responsibilities
- Guide and support the applications team in the industrial and building segments, defining engagement strategies and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct on-site and virtual visits, ensuring identification of client needs and appropriate presentation of telemetry solutions focused on energy monitoring, utilities and automation.
- Oversee technical surveys, ensuring analyses are thorough and that proposed solutions best fit each case.
- Validate and guide sales presentations, ensuring clarity in solution demonstrations and alignment with company strategy.
- Monitor the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including architectures and engineering documents, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Support coordination in managing and participating with the team on mid- to large-scale projects, working in conjunction with sales representatives and the administrative area.
- Lead meetings with the commercial team, supporting the executive manager in pursuing process improvements and developing new markets.
- Monitor customer portfolio reports, directing continuous follow-up and ensuring customer retention while pursuing new opportunities.
- Negotiate strategic proposals and service terms, representing the company in critical decisions for closing deals.
- Review commercial contracts with clients, ensuring feasibility, adherence to company policies and sustainability of partnerships.
- Track progress of sector KPIs and targets, creating reports and presentations when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with IoT and Industry 4.0, as well as solution architectures for telemetry.
- Experience in telemetry for energy and utilities.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Protheus - TOTVS).
- Experience in telemetry-focused architectures and energy efficiency.
- Project experience (AutoCAD, Visio drawings).
- Basic knowledge of management and sales strategies.
