About the role

  • Partner with marketing brand managers to create marketing campaigns.
  • Develop the omnichannel strategy to support the marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients.
  • In close partnership with the corporate teams, act as an ambassador of IU Europe on Digital Marketing topics to leverage resources and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor the implementation and evaluate the impact of digital action plans and implement corrective measures.
  • Optimize synergies and operations between the various digital activities.
  • Analyze customer needs with a digital approach and lead a reflection on innovative interaction strategies, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Support the development of new product materials on the company's digital platforms dedicated to healthcare professionals.
  • Improve the consumers' digital experience on brand websites.
  • Ensure European digital activation campaigns and provide global best practices to the countries.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion metrics, and traffic growth to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, medical affairs, Global Coloplast Digital teams and IT to ensure regulatory alignment and technical feasibility notably with the launch of new digital platform.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing tools and platforms such as CMS systems, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and email automation tools.
  • Contribute to budget planning and monitor digital campaign expenditures.

Requirements

  • Strong command of HTML and coding for web and social media tasks
  • Deep understanding of social media best practices, platform-specific rules, and campaign efficiency
  • Proven ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, extracting actionable insights from KPIs and metrics
  • Proficient in digital technologies (Web, SEO/SEM, emailing, social media, etc.) and IT tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, medical advertising compliance)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Autonomy, creativity, good team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus
