Responsibilities
- Work with clients from strategic planning through to operational implementation
- Design and produce deliverables (benchmarks, project scoping, business audits, etc.)
- Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops
- Provide methodologies and domain expertise
- Manage and steer projects
- Support business development by identifying new needs, driving commercial transformation, and fostering client retention
- Contribute to the growth and skills development of junior hires and interns
- Contribute to Colombus Consulting’s development through internal initiatives: communications, developing new expertise and innovative offerings, recruitment, event organization, sector monitoring, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally in a consulting firm
- Degree from a leading engineering school, business school, or university
- Initial experience with a client in the financial services sector on topics such as organization, operational efficiency, cost-saving programs, change management, and AI-driven transformation
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and team spirit
- Excellent command of English
