About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading loyalty marketing across EMEA for Collinson, driving brand awareness and revenue growth. Delivering integrated campaigns and managing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the EMEA loyalty marketing plan aligned to business goals
  • Lead content and communications planning with the Content Marketing Manager
  • Deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, webinars, and events
  • Plan and execute third-party and owned events, including partner-led initiatives
  • Develop sales enablement assets, case studies, and market insights
  • Build strategic partnerships to extend reach and credibility
  • Qualify marketing leads and work with Sales to progress opportunities
  • Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance

Requirements

  • Extensive (6-8 years) B2B marketing experience across brand, demand generation, and lead nurturing
  • Proven delivery of omni-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Experience in loyalty marketing or travel benefits is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, or marketing automation tools is desirable
