SIS Administrator providing technical support for Jenzabar systems. Collaborating with various departments and managing data integration processes.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the Student Information Systems including Jenzabar CX/EX/J1 On-prem, Hosted, and JaaS Applications.
Act as a technical resource for SIS and related projects.
Take primary ownership of support for Jenzabar.
Work as a team member to set up and maintain end user support for the SIS.
Communicate with vendors to aid in resolving general operational problems and technical issues.
Perform routine management tasks, including transferring, loading, archiving, and converting data for purposes of managing, maintaining, and securing student information.
Develop and/or Maintain 3rd party software integrations using API’s, flat files, etc. as required to maintain data synchronization with the SIS.
Prepare written materials (e.g., reports, documents, etc.) for the purpose of documenting processes and providing instructions to others.
Organize and prepare system software documentation, procedural documentation, and operational instructions to promote efficient utilization.
Requirements
3+ years of related experience
Knowledge of Higher Education practices, procedures, and standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of Jenzabar CX/EX/J1 Student Information systems.
Strong comprehension of MS SQL Server, SQL language, Stored Procedures, etc.
Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Company and Partner Institutional data, especially regarding student data and information.
