  • Dairy Manager overseeing the dairy department operations at Coles Supermarkets in Aitkenvale. Leading the team, ensuring quality service and achieving KPIs within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the dairy department.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Dairy team to hit and exceed KPIs.
  • Drive engagement and deliver best service and quality to our customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct/Indirect leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team.
  • Skills in sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Deliver outstanding shopping experience to customers.
