About the role

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment
  • Proven leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team
  • Maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe
  • Drive a one team culture prioritizing health, safety and wellbeing
  • Understand diverse customers to ensure an outstanding shopping experience
