- Click&Collect Manager overseeing the online department for Coles Supermarkets. Responsible for managing team performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in online order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department.
- You’ll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that’s welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.
- The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers.
