- Producing clear, timely, and insightful performance reporting, including variance analysis, trend commentary, and forward-looking risk and opportunity assessments.
- Providing executive-ready reporting and narrative to support senior leadership forums and performance discussions.
- Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency of performance metrics across financial and operational reporting.
- Owning financial governance and performance reporting, including: Leading the monthly forecast process with clear articulation of risks and opportunities, Setting effective budgets and forecasts, Conducting disciplined monthly reviews of results against plan.
Requirements
- CA or CPA qualification, with experience in retail, FMCG, or a listed corporate environment.
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing senior non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong capability in analysing financial information to identify insights, risks, and opportunities, and convert them into clear recommendations.
- Well-developed influencing skills, enabling constructive challenge and win-win outcomes.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively.
