Responsibilities
Grow our merchant base. Identify and engage online merchants (e-commerce stores, marketplaces, subscription services, etc.) that can benefit from Coins.ph’s QR Ph-compliant payment solutions.
Drive partnerships. Conduct product demos and craft proposals that show how Coins.ph can help merchants accept payments easily and securely.
Manage the full sales cycle. From prospecting to deal closing — lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Support onboarding and activation. Help merchants integrate Coins.ph payments into their platforms, working closely with our tech and compliance teams.
Build strong relationships. Be the main point of contact for online merchants, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and helping drive their transaction growth.
Track results and insights. Meet and exceed sales targets while sharing valuable market feedback to improve our merchant experience and product offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce.
Strong communication and negotiation skills. You must know how to build trust and close deals.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage.
A team player who’s also confident working independently.
Passionate about helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments.
Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
