About the role
- Product Manager II managing Cash and Deposits products for Coinbase's financial offerings. Collaborating on product strategy and launching new cash management features in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own product development for our Cash products, strategically expanding our core offerings and expanding into new offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to develop and execute against the product roadmap
- Launching zero to one new products for Coinbase users across existing and new Cash domains
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure we are building a best-in-class user experience
- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision for our entire brokerage platform
- Clearly communicate plans, progress, benefits, and functionality internally to partners and executive leadership, and externally to our customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTech
- Deep expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking and/or Cash management products
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership and evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partners
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its core
- Ability to bridge complex technical and regulatory requirements with simple, intuitive user-facing products
- Demonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.
