About the role

  • RPA Developer creating and maintaining automations with Python and RPA tools. Collaborating with business areas and ensuring process stability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test and maintain process automations using Python and RPA tools (Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop);
  • Implement integrations between systems (via REST/SOAP APIs, databases, spreadsheets, e-mails and legacy applications);
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes;
  • Monitor executions, handle exceptions and ensure the stability of automations;
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, manage access and validate deliveries;
  • Ensure development best practices, including version control, logging, error handling and testing;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the automation pipeline by proposing improvements in performance, architecture and standardization;
  • Support deployment and scheduling of bots in production environments and orchestrators;
  • Participate in code reviews, planning and agile ceremonies when applicable.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience with process automation (RPA) and Python development;
  • Proficiency with Python frameworks and libraries for automation: pandas, openpyxl, pyautogui, selenium, requests, among others;
  • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism or similar);
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (queries, inserts, updates, table creation);
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, propose technical solutions and work autonomously;
  • Good communication and organizational skills for documentation and interaction with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Desired / Differentials: RPA certifications (e.g., Microsoft PL-500);
  • Knowledge of integrations via REST/SOAP APIs;
  • Knowledge of Solution/Software Architecture;
  • Experience with AI, OCR or automations involving document reading;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Familiarity with Power BI, ETL or data-related automations;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and running bots in orchestrated environments (servers, VMs or containers);
  • Proactive, analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
