Responsibilities
- Support external audits
- Working with shareholder on the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Coordination of requirement list across stakeholders
- Act as main contact person for any requests
- Work with shareholder and group tax on preparation of corporation tax
- Support Indirect Tax team on timely submission on VAT returns
- Partners with the Global Record to Report Regional Sustainability Reporting Directors
- Oversee our managed service provider who has responsibility for maintaining fixed asset register
- Overall responsibility for ensuring period close processes are complete for the respective entities
- Performing apply internal controls standard to companies that fall under your remit
Requirements
- Having prior experience leading or supervising teams
- Demonstrable project managing skills (relevant for taking care of a FS audit)
- Excellent (advanced) MS Excel skills
- Profound VAT knowledge and knowledge about statutory and legal requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Has already been responsible for FS audits
