About the role

• Projektcontroller handling IT-projects at Capricorn IT solution house, ensuring budget, reporting, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system.
• Reviewing order and project data for completeness and plausibility.
• Preparing billing for the financial accounting department.
• Monitoring and maintaining purchase orders and IT project closures.
• Budget monitoring, project controlling, and client reporting.
• Creating and maintaining contracts and project-related billing.
• Close coordination with Sales, Purchasing, Project Management and Technical teams.
• Supporting customer service on billing-related issues.
• Point of contact for employees regarding project setup, project bookings and billing matters.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration).
• Initial experience in order processing, project controlling or billing is an advantage but not required.
• Structured, careful and self-reliant way of working.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• High sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking — always with the customer in mind.
• Good written and spoken English.
