About the role
- PMO role ensuring project performance and reliability for Thales AEC at Rungis. Supporting project managers and enhancing project management practices.
Responsibilities
- Sustain PMO activities at the Rungis site and contribute to their improvement
- Analyze project performance through monthly KPI monitoring
- Maintain the link between management and project managers
- Manage resources in accordance with project budgets
- Maintain and implement project management tools
- Proactively propose improvements to practices
- Deploy the PMO function across the Dourdan scope
- Work with other departments to streamline communications
- Coordinate the preparation of quotes/estimates prior to the appointment of a project manager
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronics or equivalent (Bac+5)
- 5 to 10 years' experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience in aeronautics or with similar products
- Familiarity with aeronautical standards DO-254, DO-178, DO-160, ABD-100
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of SAP and Jira would be a plus
