- Lead and develop the Product organization
- Own the overall effectiveness of Coates’ Product operating model
- Partner with the client and Account Management to understand business priorities
- Establish and enforce consistent standards for intake quality
- Provide executive oversight for cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure smooth handoffs between Product Discovery and Product Delivery
- Maintain strong expertise in Coates’ product and solution capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement across Product practices
- Oversee talent development, team capacity planning, organizational structure, and budget
- Support client-facing adoption and engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, or client-facing software delivery roles
- 6+ years of experience leading and scaling cross-functional product organizations
- Proven ability to align client business needs with product execution
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with executive client stakeholders
- Comfort leading in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Deep experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle governance
