About the role

  • Lawyer specializing in civil and corporate contracts in a law firm. Drafting, reviewing contracts and leading real estate due diligence.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating civil and corporate contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, leases, built-to-suit agreements, guarantees and related instruments;
  • Structuring legal aspects of real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, leasing and development, among others);
  • Conducting and/or coordinating real estate due diligence, including analysis of property registry entries, chain of title, encumbrances, and urban planning and environmental compliance;
  • Preparing memoranda identifying and classifying risks;
  • Liaising with land registry offices and public authorities;
  • Active participation in negotiations with clients and counterparties;
  • Providing strategic support to partners in defining contractual structures and mitigating risks;
  • Technical supervision of junior lawyers and interns;
  • Managing deadlines, controlling document flow and tracking transaction timelines.

Requirements

  • Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association)
  • 3 to 5 years since obtaining law degree
  • Previous experience in a law firm, with practice in contracts and real estate.
