- Strong strategic capability, with the ability to balance operational detail and big-picture thinking
- Demonstrable success in commercial growth, contract management and customer relationship leadership
- Experience of leading complex change management within an operational environment
- Strong financial acumen, with confidence in managing budgets, forecasts and performance metrics
