About the role
- QHSE Business Partner managing QHSE strategies and compliance for CEVA Logistics. Leading a team to foster safety culture and meet regulatory standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en verbeteren van kwaliteits-, arbo- en milieubeleid (QHSE)
- Aansturen van een team van QHSE-specialisten
- Zorgdragen voor compliance, risicobeoordelingen en continue verbeterinitiatieven
- Samenwerken met operationele teams om een cultuur van veiligheid en kwaliteit te bevorderen
- Naleving van ISO-certificeringen en relevante wet- en regelgeving
Requirements
- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Safety Management (HVK), Facility Management of andere relevante richting
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een QHSE-gerelateerde functie, bij voorkeur binnen de logistiek of zakelijke dienstverlening
- Kennis van ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en ISO 45001
- Ervaring met teammanagement en auditsupervisie
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
