About the role

  • Customer advisor for CMA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes providing services and advice to clients. Responsible for client reception and service quality to enhance revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome our clients and prospects
  • Advise clients and promote the full range of services
  • Ensure service quality to grow revenue
  • Provide in-person, telephone and digital reception for clients of the local Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA)
  • Listen, analyze and identify client needs
  • Manage appointment scheduling with specialists
  • Deliver customer service that meets quality standards
  • Provide information on training and administrative formalities
  • Inform clients about training and register them for courses
  • Promote and market the CMA's service offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum of a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role or in hospitality/food service
  • Autonomy, rigor and ability to synthesize information
  • Ability to manage disputes calmly and courteously
  • Team spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good organizational abilities
  • Good computer skills
  • Training and/or experience in sales
  • Strong customer focus and proven interpersonal qualities
