Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support clients from the first point of contact, providing therapy, linking families to resources, and helping bridge gaps in care.
You’ll work with individuals on the waitlist, offer clinical coverage across programs, and partner with community stakeholders to strengthen connections.
Deliver therapy and support to clients on the waitlist; in their homes, in the community, or via telehealth
Provide crisis intervention and clinical coverage when situations require it
Connect clients and families with vital community resources and services
Collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality care
Strengthening relationships with referral sources, community partners, and other stakeholders
Lead or contribute to outreach, education, and marketing efforts that promote Amethyst’s programs
Requirements
A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
At least one year of post-graduate counseling experience
Bilingual/Spanish fluency is a PLUS
