Responsibilities
- Manage the Business Acceptance analyst team in the APAC region
- Oversee new business acceptance checks performed by the analyst team
- Advise partners and lawyers on compliance with applicable legislation
- Assist in the management and development of the firm’s new business acceptance policies
- Build and maintain a “trusted business partner” relationship with senior stakeholders
- Support and supervise the analyst team in conducting new business acceptance clearances
- Regularly review the firm’s new business acceptance processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
